Sites are clean, many occupants stay long-term, and facilities include a tidy bathhouse with showers, washers/dryers, Wi‑Fi and a small dog park. It’s conveniently located for the Shoals area, river attractions and nearby entertainment. Expect limited on-site amenities or activities for children, and only a single pull-through premium site. Several guests note noticeable train and highway noise at times, so light sleepers should plan accordingly. Overall a practical, safe option for short stays or longer seasonal visits.

Beautiful RV sites nestled in a wooded park. Full hookups available for both short & long term visits. Free wifi, coin-laundry, showers, bathrooms and pet friendly.
