Guests commonly praise the friendly, attentive managers and staff, a quiet, clean property with a strong community atmosphere, and a convenient location about 15–20 minutes from downtown. Amenities include full hookups, a general store, laundry and bathroom facilities, a gym and recreation areas; some sites have concrete pads and good shade. The park suits both short stays and long-term residents. A small number of visitors reported booking or management issues, and there’s a nearby restaurant/bar whose music was generally not intrusive.
