Toketee Lake Campground is a peaceful, affordable spot near Toketee Lake, river access, waterfalls and Umpqua Hot Springs, making it a convenient base for hiking and fishing (Oregon license required). Campsites come in varied sizes and are generally well spaced, with a larger group site and gazebo available. There’s no potable water on site, only vault toilets that are regularly serviced, so bring your water. Fees are modest ($10–25/night) and reservations are required from June through Labor Day; some sites can be closer together depending on layout. Some visitors report usable cell signal for certain carriers.

📖 About This Campground

The North Umpqua Wild and Scenic River pauses at Toketee Lake providing a secure home for a wide variety of wildlife. Here beaver and otter make their homes. Great blue heron and kingfishers are joined in fall and winter by ducks, geese, and bald eagles. Toketee Lake Campground is a dry campground with vault toilets. The campground is close to the group site, should you need more space. Sites are, for the most part, level with room for both tent and RV campers. There are 32 sites available by reservation only. Reservations must be made two days in advance.
