The Inn at Philipsburg & RV Park is a small, well-maintained, value-oriented property popular with travelers and those with dogs. Guests consistently mention very clean rooms, comfortable beds, ample towels and blankets, and in-room conveniences such as a microwave, mini-fridge and TV. The owner and staff are friendly, and there are outdoor chairs plus a relaxed camp/RV area where wildlife may pass through. It sits within easy walking distance of historic downtown shops, restaurants and a grocery. The building is older but kept up; pet policies and simple house rules are requested.
