Telephone Cove Road Boondocking Campsite north of Laughlin (Searchlight) Nevada offers primitive tent and RV camping 4.5 miles down a dirt road adjacent to the Colorado River. Access is best suited to truck campers and tent campers; use caution with RVs and trailers (or scout the road in advance as ruts are a possibility). Free camping with vault toilets and no amenities. Located within the Lake Mead/ Lake Mojave National Recreation Area.
