Suburban Mobile Home and RV Park

Suburban MH & RV Park is an affordable, 55+ mobile home and RV community just outside central Ocala. Residents commonly note quiet, friendly neighbors, pet‑friendly rules, and convenient access to shopping; some homes include handicap‑accessible ramps. The park’s older units and low lot rents come with tradeoffs: maintenance and grounds upkeep are uneven, with reports of potholes, laundry and debris issues. Management quality appears mixed—recent efforts to improve visible in places, but turnover and inconsistent responses to repairs are also mentioned. Overall it may suit budget‑minded seniors seeking a calm, community setting who accept occasional maintenance shortcomings.
