Stillwater Cove Regional Park is a small, peaceful coastal campground tucked into redwoods beside a creek, with a short walk or drive to a sheltered cove popular for kayaking and tidepooling. Campsites tend to be well laid out and roomy, with picnic tables, food lockers, some electric hookups and coin-operated hot showers; friendly camp hosts sell firewood. Trails are limited and portions have storm damage, and reaching the beach requires crossing Highway 1 (many visitors opt to drive). Facilities are generally clean and maintained, making this a relaxed spot for tent or RV stays, though some sites sit relatively close together.
