Location is industrial and close to I-270, but offers easy access to the Gateway Arch area. Sites are generally level and long with convenient hookups, though spots can be narrow and hookup/tree placement awkward; some guests reported overhead obstructions. Trains run nearby and can be noisy at night. Staff and maintenance reports are mixed — several guests praise helpful, friendly service and clean facilities, while others reported unclean cabins, pool concerns, and billing or customer-service issues.
