Sites can be long and grassy with good views, and the park is relatively quiet and convenient for Glacier National Park (about 45 minutes) and Whitefish (about 30 minutes). Practical tradeoffs reported include tight turns or access for very long rigs, occasional power issues that staff resolved, riverbank safety (water can be fast/high), and mosquitoes — bring repellent.
