Spacious Skies Bear Den is a consistently family-friendly campground with cabins, RV and tent sites and a welcoming, helpful staff. Sites are roomy and some tent spots include water and electric hookups. On-site amenities entertain kids and adults alike—pond, fishing, playgrounds, jump pillow, arcade and multiple waterfall hikes—plus a small general store and optional golf cart rentals for easier access. Cabins feel cozy and well stocked; bathroom/shower facilities are serviceable though a few visitors mentioned cleanliness could be improved. The mountain access road is narrow and can be tricky when towing, so plan accordingly.
