Amenities commonly praised include clean bathrooms, laundry, trash/dump facilities, a small outdoor pool, lake access and walking areas that are pet-friendly. Downsides reported by several guests include tight, closely spaced sites that can be hard for larger rigs, a mix of long-term residents, occasional hookup or electrical issues, and variable staff interactions. Some sites offer nice lake views and decks, while others are uneven or lack picnic tables. Good option for short stays if you accept the tradeoffs.
