Southern Trails RV Resort is a convenient, budget-friendly stop just off I-75, with affordable nightly rates (around $20 cash) and quick highway access. New ownership and attentive staff are making improvements; amenities include a saltwater pool, rec room/game room, laundry and clean shower facilities, a pond with wildlife, and dog-friendly walking areas. Tradeoffs include highway noise, narrow or rough interior roads, occasional damaged electrical pedestals, and some older or long-term rigs on site. Not ideal for very large rigs, but a practical option for overnight or short stays while renovations continue.
