Friendly, attentive management and a convenient location off I‑10 with easy access to town and shopping are consistent positives. Sites are gravel pull‑thrus with 50‑amp, high‑pressure water and sewer hookups, and the park is kept clean and generally quiet despite proximity to the interstate; many guests are long‑term residents. Practical tradeoffs include no working shower house, limited or no Wi‑Fi, cash/check only (no credit cards), and occasional site‑leveling issues on some spots. Pet friendly and reasonably priced for overnight stays; suitable for short stops or longer stays if you accept the basic amenities.
