This place is all about the location. Very very scenic with access to the lake across the road and great hiking at the back of the park. June Lake is incredibly beautiful and this park is in the prettiest setting of all the private parks in the area. The sites are packed in and during the summer they have a lot of seasonal guests who have created their own little community. The camp hosts are nice but a bit pushy in their "request" to use a fork lift to park your trailer. If your sites are so tight that they require a fork lift then that is a sign to spread them out a little bit. Ended up ignoring the hosts suggestion and backing in the fifth wheel just fine. Rate is very reasonable at $35 per night. Verizon 3G is 2 bars and worked well.
