What campers say
The campground is small with mostly gravel and grass sites — some are uneven with deep ruts and narrow roads and tight turns that require care, especially for larger rigs. Hookups are older and a number of sites are only 30‑amp. Many sites appear occupied long‑term and some lots and facilities show wear; showers, bath facilities and laundry have been described as limited or intermittently available. On the plus side it’s conveniently located near a major exit, Lake Douglas marina and downtown, affordable and fine for an overnight or short rest stop, but less suitable for long stays or amenity seekers.
