What campers say

Well-maintained park with newly renovated camp areas, clean hot showers and restrooms, and roomy, mostly private sites. River access, short trails and easy tubing or kids' water play are common highlights, alongside frequent wildlife sightings and good night-sky viewing. Staff are reported as friendly and grounds feel new and tidy; there are electric vehicle chargers and 30/50A power at many sites. Practical tradeoffs: cellular reception is often weak, Wi-Fi is limited to the entrance/shower area, and individual sites lack sewer hookups (a dump station is available). A more rustic older loop offers a quieter, less developed option.
