I will take a slightly different approach than the other reviewers of this property this is actually a very nice Park located in an urban setting very professional staff to check you in clear route to take yourself to the site and easy to get out of that site the dog park was clean and nice the game area and play area was great for the kids and the pool area was very refreshing. This isn't a place that you would really want to come in tent camp at but if you're like us and travel on a full hooku
Paid $100/night
This is a big campground with cement pull throughs with an extra space to park the car. There are tables and fire pits at each site. The sites have a small grassy area between them. There's a media room with internet ports, book exchange, pool/hot tub, dog run and sports court. It's close to town, 14 blocks from Temple Square and the train into town has a stop right outside the campground. It's near the airport, 1/2 mile from Utah State Fairgrounds and 1/2 mile from the Dog Park. Group tent sites, cabin rentals, deluxe cabins and sites. Mexican restaurant on premises, RV wash next door, pet wash station, cable, wife, playground, pavilion. A bit expensive, even for a KOA, but it's proximity to town is worth it.
We stayed here one night in our 26' travel trailer, and were out in the city for most of that so we did not make use of most of the facilities, however the pool area looked very clean, the restrooms were clean, and we did use the laundry, which was fine.
The sites are what you expect from a KOA - mostly level pull-throughs, small patches of grass between, and a picnic bench. There are no fire rings.
For us, these are not the kind of sites we want to hang out, but it's in a great location for the city, the wifi worked well, and it was clean.
There are a few tents sites and a couple of cabins. There is also a handy truck wash next door, which we used to wash our rig.
