At the same time numerous reports cite poor maintenance: showers and restrooms often dirty or malfunctioning (black mold, standing water, hot-water issues), overflowing trash, and occasional sewer/water outages. Management experiences are inconsistent—some visitors find staff helpful while others report rude or unresponsive management. Noise and safety concerns at night, and reports of loose dogs, were also mentioned. Expect a budget option with tradeoffs between location/community and upkeep.
