Well-maintained KOA with clean cabins and RV sites and convenient I‑40 access with minimal highway noise. Sites range from shaded, older areas with rocky gravel to newer concrete-pad sites with grassy patios, so you can choose shade or a smoother, greener spot. Cabins include linens, a fridge, TV and lofts; bathrooms and showers are reported clean. Amenities include a pool, dog park/pen, outdoor seating and games, plus full hookups that accommodate large rigs with easy in/out. Staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful. Expect a generally peaceful stay with occasional background commercial noise.
