Friendly, helpful office staff; the park is clean, well-maintained, dog-friendly with a dog park and walking trails; restrooms and laundry are often praised and sites are wide with quality gravel. Drawbacks: several guests report noise and odors from a lumber/industrial yard across the river, sometimes operating day and night, which reduces riverside tranquility. Some long-term trailers occupy many sites. Practical note: WiFi is paid and visitors have reported setup problems. Overall a convenient, reasonably priced stop for travelers who accept these tradeoffs.

Sacramento River RV Park in Redding California is located along the beautiful Sacramento River just 4 miles south of Redding, CA at exit 673 off I-5. The large park is located at the end of the spur road and is accessible for any size RV. A mix of long term and short term stays the RV sites are tucked under a large canopy of dark shade trees. The park features a large pool, mini-golf and river frontage. The location allows non-campers to enjoy the facilities for a daily fee. Roads are paved and sites are gravel; most have picnic tables.
