Royal Oaks RV Park is a tidy, family-friendly park with attentive owners and well-maintained facilities. Sites are level and spacious, accommodating big rigs with several pull-through full-hookup options; many guests noted a clean bathhouse and working laundry. Amenities include a large dog park, playground, pedal bikes, picnic tables and fire rings. The location near Bemidji and Lake Bemidji is convenient; while the park is adjacent to highways, visitors generally reported only minimal road noise. Practical tradeoffs: there’s no pool or hot tub, and occasional weekday construction has been mentioned but was typically not disruptive.
