Riverside RV Park in Riggins Idaho offers RV camping for short and long term stays. Self contained units only. From the park: We offer full hook-ups including cable television and free WIFI. There are several pull-through sites in the park. Most of the sites offer a view of the Little Salmon River and are wonderfully landscaped, maintained and shaded by numerous trees. RV Park is close to downtown, restaurants, laundromat, and shopping. There are no bathrooms or showers. Reservations are encouraged to assure that a space is available upon your arrival. Spend the day exploring, hunting, fishing, hiking, rafting and jet boating and spend your evenings along the banks of the Little Salmon River. We are looking forward to seeing you soon! Aug 2016 - $30.00 I've got to say I was impressed with this park! We were given directions when making our reservation and it was easy to find on the road going north. Like other reviewers state the best entrance is the south entrance. Our site was marked with our name so anyone just driving in wouldn't take it. The site is on gravel right next to a nice grass strip between the site and the river bank. The river was flowing well and a little noisy but drowns out road noise. Staff is very friendly and informative. The park is within walking distance to town and there is a foot bridge across the river just south of the park for hiking. We really enjoyed our stay and would defiantly return! - sun birds

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $30.00 Overall Rating: Very small park located in a canyon between highway and Little Salmon River and right on the river. Kind of a self serve set up. Lay out is hard to explain, but accommodates large rigs. Highway is above the park so little road noise. Park has two entrances/exits. Entrance for big rigs is the southern most and was no problem entering from north or south. If you tried to enter the north exit from the south it would be a very difficult entrance. It is treed but my site 17 was perfect for my RV. i.e. front of it was clear which allowed for Satellite hook up. And tree shaded the rear and as the sun moved also shaded the front later in the day. I would stay here again. We camped at Riverside RV Park in a Motorhome.

Date of Stay: April, 2016 - $30.00 Overall Rating: Beautiful river side park. The Little Salmon River was running pretty hard with spring runoff, so it was a bit noisy. Nice landscaping, close to town. This park is a sliver of land between US 95 and the river, the entrance is really only accessible from the south. Once in to the park, roads are easily navigable. This is a self-serve park. I called on the morning of my arrival and was assigned a space, and was told of procedures. When I arrived, there was a paper with my name on a post at my assigned space. There is an easy to use pay station. We camped at Riverside RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $25.00 Overall Rating: Surprising to not find much else for camping in Riggins. This place is right on the Salmon River. Quite picturesque, clean sites, level. Full hookups BUT no bathrooms. That's a bit of a deterrent for us as we are in a Class B. Nice to have facilities. Nice town. We camped at Riverside RV Park in a Motorhome.
