Our stay at Reed Bingham State Park was our first trip in our new Entegra Odyssey 30Z and we loved the campsite, the environment and the whole camping experience at this State Park. We travel with our 8 lb. Yorkie and he was not the only dog in our section of the park. The grounds were very clean and the on-site staff is excellent. They have a beautiful beach, a large pavilion and a large lake. Our section of the park had full hookups and was very level. We highly recommend this campground to other campers.

Reed Bingham State Park centers on a scenic lake with several miles of trails, a beach, boat ramp and fishing pier. Campground sites are generally spacious and well maintained, many offering full hookups (including 50‑amp), sewer and cable; restrooms and showers are described as clean. The park is popular for hiking, birding, kayaking, picnics, miniature golf and lakefront sunsets. Practical tradeoffs: summers can be hot and gnats/insects are common, so bring repellent. Some visitors report occasional maintenance or signage issues and uneven visitor‑center staffing, but overall the setting and amenities receive consistently positive remarks.
