Very nice kid friendly park, lots of activities for the kids, lazy river. The only con would be that they have a lot of tree's that need to be trimmed up! Not for big rigs unless you won't to park in the field !

Many guests praise helpful staff members and the on-site amenities, but reviews also note inconsistent waterpark availability and maintenance (closures, dirty pools, slide work), occasional cleanliness and pest concerns, uneven site upkeep and untrimmed trees that can complicate large RVs, and some slow problem resolution. We are happy that you have taken an interest in our campground. We are a family-owned business located in beautiful Madison, Florida. The owners of the park, Jimmie and Latrelle Ragans had a dream of opening a campground where families can enjoy a “Back to Basics” vacation. Their dream became a reality in the year 2000 and since that day 19 years ago, they have worked hard at creating the family-friendly environment that you will find at the park now.
