Priest Lake State Park offers stunning clear water, sandy shores and mountain views, with extensive hiking paths and family-friendly campground facilities. Sites are well maintained, many with electrical hookups and paved roads; an on-site store provides fuel, supplies and snacks. The lake is excellent for boating, swimming and fishing. Expect heavy demand: reservations and parking fill early, and the main beach can become crowded with groups and tents. Cell and internet service may be intermittent, and occasional insects or noisy neighbors have been reported. Overall a scenic, well-equipped park if you plan ahead for crowds.
