Ponderosa RV Resort in Lotus California located on Highway 49, midway between Placerville and Auburn, Imagine the South Fork American River running through your front yard and the golden color of the Sierra foothills reflecting off your sunglasses. In addition to a swimming beach, there are several places along the river for rafters and kayakers to launch their watercraft. A sparkling swimming pool and a clubhouse (complete with recreation hall) are great places for families to gather, and a general store and cafe provide comfort and convenience to campers.
