Platte River State Park is a well-maintained, scenic park with extensive hiking and mountain-biking trails, a waterfall and an observation tower with strong wildlife and river views. The campground and cabins are modern and family-friendly, with a large playground and treehouse/zip-line and opportunities for horseback riding and fishing.
