The grounds are shady with mature trees, roomy sites and a pond for swimming or fishing, making it a good fit for tent campers, basic cabins and seasonal rigs. Bathrooms and showers are reported clean, and the site hosts occasional live music and family activities. Expect fewer resort-style amenities (no pool) and some primitive or water-only sites; cabins are no-frills and summer heat can be an issue. Overall a peaceful, value-oriented campground.
