Pine Point County Park is a well-kept, family-friendly campground on Lake Holcombe with many lakeside sites offering close water access or private docks, a boat launch, sandy beach, playground and picnic areas. Sites are shaded and generally spacious, creating a private, peninsula feel for kayaking or boating. Restroom facilities have been updated in recent seasons and pay showers are reported to be available (bring change), though the park has historically had more rustic options. Popular waterfront sites tend to reserve quickly; overall it balances a natural setting with solid maintenance and practical amenities.
