Staff are generally described as friendly and the park can refill propane. Practical tradeoffs: many sites are occupied by long‑term residents so transient stays can feel crowded and like parking; bathhouses, playgrounds and common areas show uneven upkeep and dumpsters can overflow. The nearby race track and some construction traffic can make weekends noisy. Good value if you prioritize space, hookups and location over polished facilities and quiet.
