Phillips RV Park is a small, well‑maintained stop with clean restrooms and a dependable laundry room. Sites are mostly pull‑through, level gravel with full hookups (water, electric, sewer and cable), and the park features trees, grassy areas and a small play area for kids and dogs. Staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient to I‑80, nearby restaurants and a riverside trail a short walk away. A practical tradeoff: proximity to the interstate and nearby railroad can make trains and highway noise occasionally audible, though many still find the park quiet enough for an overnight stay.

Phillips RV Park in Evanston Wyoming provides full hookup RV and tent camping convenient to I80. The small park has sites for short and long term rates and is conveniently located close to fuel stations, restaurants and hotels. Pull thru sites can accommodate large RVs on gravel roads with large shade trees. The park, and for that matter the town, is situated below the interstate so noise is not pronounced. Picnic tables are available. Phillips RV Park has grass areas, plenty of shade and an overall nice appeal for travelers through Evanston.
