What campers say

Small, budget-friendly RV park just off I-35 in Newton. Reviewers commonly cite low nightly rates (about $20), easy in/out pull‑through sites and full hookups with 30/50‑amp service when available. Cell reception (AT&T, Verizon) is reported as good, and payment is handled at the propane office or via a drop box. Practical tradeoffs include freeway noise and gravel dust, some sites sharing water or lacking 50‑amp service, and occasional utility work, outages or leaking hydrants. Overall it’s a convenient option for overnight or short stays when you want a simple, affordable stop.

Pads are gravel, level and big rig friendly. No bathrooms, no shower, no laundry, no internet, no cable TV. All spots are pull through and large enough to remain hitched up for tye night. 30 and 50 Amp service 50PSI water pressure Pulled in on a weekend after 6PM. We were the only rig in the park. Called the number on the sign and only got voice mail. No one called back until Monday morning. They had a drop box for money but no instructions or prices. I put $20 in an envelope along with my cell# just in case it wasn't enough money. It's one saving grace is it is easy on and easy off the interstate other than that, I wouldn't recommend staying there. Stayed for one night in a 5th wheel.
