As a member of Escapees this place is a deal. Up in the foothills of the Sierras it is still a ways into Yosemite. The sites are okay very large but gravel. Roads are paved. Lot of tight turns for big rigs so take your time. A very pretty area and well worth the $15 per night.

What campers say
SKP Park of the Sierras is a well-maintained, membership RV community with roomy, shaded sites, full hookups, concrete patios, clean laundry and a large clubhouse. Staff and residents are commonly described as friendly, and the park offers community events, a dog park and a social atmosphere that suits longer stays. Practical tradeoffs include an Escapees membership requirement to reserve most sites, hilly terrain that can make walking uneven, and a drive to reach Yosemite and other attractions. Several guests noted competitive rates for members; occasional issues such as outdoor pets or advisories have been reported but appear infrequent.
