A well kept park the resort caters to RV guests with luxury amenities and features including a rec room, pool and spa, and picnic area. Laundry on site along with a walking path over to the local park for a playground; from there cross the street at a cross-walk and enjoy a nice sandy beach. From the owner: Our RV Park campground is adjacent to Buccaneer Park and Beach (Oceanside’s full service beach including playground, basketball court, shaded picnic area, restrooms and a beach café). Surf at the beach, walk to the Oceanside Pier, fish from the Oceanside Harbor, tour Encinitas, Solana Beach, & Camp Pendleton or just soak in the San Diego, California sun!

Paradise by the Sea Beach RV Resort is a small, well-kept coastal RV park with easy pedestrian access to the ocean and several restaurants. Guests commonly note friendly, helpful staff, clean facilities and family-friendly amenities such as a pool, playground, cabanas and on-site laundry. The park is dog-friendly and within biking distance of nearby beaches and towns. Practical tradeoffs include very tight site spacing with limited privacy, a nearby train line that some hear at times, and a steep, rocky shoreline that can be awkward to traverse. Overall a convenient, tidy option for short stays or family visits.

The campground is really well maintained and the guys doing that job were very efficient and friendly. It was typical to come back from a day at the beach to find they had nicely raked the grit next to the concrete pad so it was immaculate. The campground is easily accessed from the main road (not too busy or noisy) running along the front. Very cramped spaces, slide outs almost touch each other.
