Pana Vista Lodge offers an Old-Florida, low-key lakeside setting popular with anglers and families. Plenty of shaded sites under oaks and Spanish moss, quiet nights, and easy access to fishing from a dock or rented pontoons/jon boats; live bait and tackle are sold on site. Cabins and campsites are clean and simple—some units are dated but being updated—so expect basic, comfortable accommodations without pool or playground amenities. Staff and the owner are frequently praised for friendliness and helpfulness. Note that water levels and boat availability can vary seasonally.
