We stayed here in Sept 2016 in a 5th wheel. Nice basic park just off the highway at the intersection to Dinosaur National Park and the quarry. Level, gravel sites, easy pull thru access, very friendly and helpful staff. We would stay again. Reasonable rates.

What campers say
Outlaw Trail RV Park is a tidy, well‑kept park a short drive from Dinosaur National Monument, with many guests praising the friendly, responsive owners and convenient full hookups at reasonable rates. Facilities — spotless showers, a roomy laundry, well-maintained grounds, a playground and grassy areas — are commonly noted; extras such as free Wi‑Fi, ice and vending are also available. Practical tradeoffs include limited resort-style amenities (no pool) and occasional low water pressure at some sites. A few visitors mentioned typical rural animal noise at night. Overall it’s described as quiet, affordable, and convenient for monument visits.
