Really friendly and accommodating. Helpful, fun, clean bathrooms, showers, pool and Hot Tub. Fun game rooms for kids, Lake, fun for biking, hiking, events. Been there many times over the years. They keep the rules, but not in a crazy overbearing way. Like no little kids in the Hot Tub. Adults prefer it, but asked nicely to have the kids get out.
