Oak Tree RV & MHP Parks is a small, quiet RV park a few miles from Lake Keystone and roughly a 20–30 minute drive to Tulsa. Many guests find the owners and onsite staff helpful and appreciate the peaceful setting and concrete RV pads. Amenities are basic—there’s little or no laundry, shower or bath facilities reported, and Wi‑Fi is inconsistently used. Maintenance reports are mixed: some praise tidy grounds while others note a rough driveway, uncut grass and leftover clutter. Management enforces rules firmly, and a few visitors reported issues with pets and guest interactions. Good for simple, quiet stays if you expect minimal facilities.
