Phase I Capacity: 82 premium sites (out of a planned 230).
Site Dimensions: * Concrete Pads: All sites feature 20-foot wide level concrete pads.
Pull-Throughs: Up to 95 feet deep.
Back-Ins: Up to 65 feet deep.
Hookups: Full hookups at every site, including 30/50 Amp electrical service, water, and sewer.
Buddy Sites: Unique configurations where two RVs face each other, featuring shared covered patios, grills, and 8-person patio sets.
Cabins: Phase I includes three high-end luxury custom cabins with lofts for non-RV guests.
Dump Station & Water Resource Info
Sewer Dump: Individual Sewer Hookups are provided at every RV site pedestal.
Potable Water: Yes.
High-quality treated water is available via dedicated hookups at every site. Rinse Water: Available at individual site pedestals for tank maintenance.
Access Note: As a high-end, gated resort, these services are reserved for registered guests. The property does not currently offer a public-access communal dump station for non-guests.
