North of Highland Camping Area in North Truro Massachusetts offers quiet tenting focused camping in a wooded and natural setting close to Head of the Meadow Beach near the tip of Cape Cod. Our campground is completely surrounded by the natural beauty of The Cape Cod National Seashore Park and guests can walk to the beach for free in under 10 minutes from our campsites. We strive for a clean, quiet and relaxing camping environment, so pets, generators and motorcycles are not allowed.
