North Bay Campgrounds offers a small, scenic lakeside setting with a functional boat launch, good fishing and attractive sunsets. Many guests find management and staff helpful and neighbors friendly, and restrooms are kept clean despite being dated. Practical tradeoffs: sites are fairly close together and there are no sewer hookups (a dump station is available), so privacy and full hookups are limited. There are mixed reports about check-in and seasonal campers handling some operations, so arrival coordination can vary. Overall it’s a pleasant, budget-oriented campground for short stays and boating, with some amenities showing their age.
