Staff and tour hosts are frequently described as friendly and helpful, and the camp store is well stocked. Sites tend to be spacious, but many lack sewer and are 30-amp only; 50-amp sites or advertised sewer hookups may cost extra or be inconsistent, and a few sites reportedly flood. Roads can be narrow with unmarked speed bumps and cell service may be weak. Guest and pool supervision policies are enforced, and some visitors have found staff interactions uneven.
