The Newman Grove City Park RV area offers full hookups at a very low nightly rate (about $10) and sits adjacent to the city park and golf course. Campsites are generally quiet and provide easy access to a shaded city park with large cottonwood trees and walking trails, while the RV sites themselves have limited shade. Basic services—gas, restaurants, grocery, ATM and small shops—are available in town. Practical tradeoffs include tight or awkward drive-in/drive-out for some RVs and seasonal closures of the city pool. Overall it’s an economical, peaceful option for short stays.
