Mountain View Motel and Campground

Mountain View Motel and Campground is a rustic, historic property of small log cabins and a communal courtyard that many guests praise for its friendly owners, morning coffee and nightly chiminea fires. Units vary from recently updated rooms with modern amenities (showers, TVs, kitchenettes) to older, compact cabins; the site also offers inexpensive tent spots and convenient walking access to downtown and local mountains. Be aware that some visitors have reported inconsistent housekeeping, dated or rundown units, weak A/C and amenities that didn't match online photos. If you prioritize charm and host interaction over uniform luxury, it can be a good budget choice.
