Middle Creek Campground is a family-oriented, wooded campground with friendly, attentive owners and staff. Clean, recently updated restrooms and consistently hot showers are frequently noted. Amenities include a saltwater pool and swim pond with an inflatable course, fishing ponds, playground and kid activities, plus an on-site store/restaurant that often serves good food (ice available when the shop is closed). Sites are well maintained and close to creeks and trails, though the access road can be narrow for large rigs. Seasonal residents add a welcoming feel, but occasional resident-related conflicts or strict rule enforcement have been reported.
