Conveniently located a mile from Mesa Verde National Park with views of the mesa, this RV resort is consistently noted for very clean, well‑maintained facilities — showers, restrooms and laundry — and friendly, helpful staff. Sites are generally spacious with pull‑through and premium concrete pads available, though some gravel sites can be slightly tilted requiring leveling blocks. Amenities include strong campground Wi‑Fi, a pool and hot tubs, a small store, pickleball and a dog wash; conditions and availability may vary seasonally. Expect light highway noise and spotty AT&T cellular reception in places.
