McCoy Mobile Home / RV Park is a modest, budget-friendly option near downtown Yuma with consistently praised, accommodating owners and staff. The park provides full hookups, relatively spacious, shaded sites, laundry, a clubhouse with showers, an exercise room, and resort-style amenities including a heated pool and hot tub. It’s popular with snowbirds and long-term residents, and Passport America discounts are offered for short stays.
