Maplewood Mobile Home & RV Park is described as a clean, well-kept, family-owned community with friendly, responsive management and a peaceful, family-oriented atmosphere. Many sites are suitable for RVs, including pull-through spaces and some concrete pads; bathhouse laundry is available and recent paving and tree trimming have improved circulation and site safety. Practical tradeoffs noted include an active nearby train that can be noisy and cause vibrations, occasional package theft or misplaced deliveries, and sporadic access interruptions reported by some residents. Overall it’s a comfortable, affordable option for longer stays or visiting RVs.
