Very pricey in season rates but you pay for the location. We had an ocean facing site with incredible sunsets. Mornings were very foggy which we liked. There is road noise from PCH below which was worse on the weekends with motorcycle traffic. Office staff needs some help with customer service. There is a nice beach just across the highway but the speed limit is 55 right there and people are traveling much faster, care is needed crossing. Great video of the campground here it does a good job providing the overall feel.
