Sites are paved, fairly level concrete pads with many hookups, easy entry/exit, fenced dog runs, and a stocked store with plenty of fuel pumps. Common tradeoffs: highway and truck noise, inconsistent sewer availability, and multiple reports of intermittent or faulty electrical podiums that required moving sites. Occasional drainage or sewage odor and an exit gate left open have been mentioned. Best suited for short overnight stops rather than extended stays that need guaranteed hookups.
